Claude is in charge of the technical part of SO Vignerons: Together with Daniel, they select wine growers with whom they work in partnership on a long term basis. Claude spends time looking after the vines, selecting the best wine and then deciding on the blending. He also supervises the bottling to ensure that the whole process is under control.
